| Description: | The court adopted revised Model Patent Jury Instructions on October 5, 2007. The court expresses its appreciation to the Committee that drafted the instructions and produced a superb product. The court appreciates that the project involved numerous dedicated hours of work by the Committee members: Martin Fleisler, Chair, Professor Mark Lemley, David McIntyre, James Pooley, Matthew Powers, Honorable Ronald Whyte and James Yoon. The instructions will be updated as the law develops. However, the Committee would appreciate and encourage anyone to submit proposed modifications or clarifications within the next thirty days or at the time a modification is believed necessary for compliance with any change in the law.
