Associate and assistant counsel are to be compensated at the rate from $75.00 per hour up to $115.00 per hour depending on experience in criminal defense practice and the work to be performed. The following provides a general guideline for determining the appropriate rate:

8 years and up	$115 per hour

Intermediate Lead Counsel	$163/hour, as of January 1, 2010
Other Lead Counsel	$142-158/hour, as of January 1, 2010
Second Counsel (other than co-lead)	$116-142/hour, as of January 1, 2010
