Filing Procedures (Eureka)

Documents for filing in Eureka venued matters should be filed at the San Francisco Courthouse, pursuant to Civil Local Rule 3-2(b). Chambers copies must be mailed to the chambers for the Eureka Magistrate Judge at P. O. Box 1306, Eureka California 95502, pursuant to Civil Local Rule 5-1(b).
