Funding Requests
Beginning June 25, 2012: The New Interactive Electronic Funding Request Form is REQUIRED for all cases presided by most judges.

Funding authorization is required for expert or other services in excess of $800, and approval should be obtained prior to the performance of services. Requests are made by completing the Electronic Funding Request Form and submitting it to the CJA Unit.
Panel members should carefully manage expert services and costs to avoid the need for nunc pro tunc authorizations.
