Joint CMC Statement & Proposed Order Revised
Effective May 8, 2013:
Paragraph 8 of the Court's Joint Case Management Conference Statement & Proposed Order has been revised to mirror more closely the Court's E-Discovery Guidelines. Counsel and litigants should use the revised form for all future CMC statements.
