Judge Conti does not permit appearances by telephone. All appearances shall be in person.

In all cases that have been assigned to the Electronic Case Filing System, the parties are required to provide one paper copy of each document that is filed electronically for use in chambers. The paper copy of each document shall be delivered no later than noon on the day after the document is filed electronically. Delivery shall be made directly to Judge Conti's chambers.
