ADR Program Announces Opening of Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation Panels

The ADR Program for the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California is now accepting applications for new Mediators and Early Neutral Evaluators interested in serving on its panels of neutrals. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning immediately and must be received no later than Monday, January 14, 2019, to be considered. Successful completion of Court sponsored training is required for service on the Court’s panels regardless of prior experience. The Court will be conducting training sessions in April and May of 2019. We will consider applicants with expertise in all federal case subject areas, but we have a particular need for neutrals willing to serve in the South Bay and/or with expertise in the following areas of law: ADA Access, Consumer Credit, ERISA, Fair Debt Collection Practices, and Police Practices.
