Effective August 2, 2021, and until further notice, all court staff, jurors, potential jurors, attorneys, members of the media, and all other visitors to any Northern District of California courthouse must review the court’s self-screening questionnaire and follow the instructions therein before arriving at the courthouse. The questionnaire is available in the following languages:
