Potential jurors are advised that during the continuing COVID-19 public health emergency, the court will be emailing SurveyMonkey juror questionnaires in order to minimize the time prospective jurors must spend in the courthouse. These questionnaires are identifiable by the email subject line “Confidential Juror Questionnaire for the Northern District of California” and are a legitimate communication from the court. Potential jurors are required to respond and follow the directions given in the questionnaire.
