Claims Supervisors' Reports

As part of the consumer class action settlements, the Court appointed Ankura Consulting Group LLC as the Claims Supervisor for the 2.0-liter and 3.0-liter settlement claims programs and Epiq Class Action & Claims Solutions as the Claims Administrator for the Bosch settlement claims program. On a periodic basis, Ankura and Epiq prepare reports on the progress and status of the claims programs. The reports that have been made publicly available can be found below.
