GO 45 Abrogated; Civil L.R. 5-1 Now Governs E-filing

General Order 45 (Electronic Case Filing Guidelines) is abrogated effective July 2, 2012 and is replaced by new Civil L.R. 5-1 (Electronic Case Filing), which governs the procedural aspects of electronic filing. We recommend that both new and experienced users of the CM/ECF system mark the occasion by reviewing the rule.
